The new VEGA-W is intended for weighing patients with temporary or permanent disabilities in a medical outpatient setting, for general diagnostic purposes, and is designed to be used in the diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring of an adult* patient under the close supervision of medical staff.
The bed is equipped with a weighing system integrated into the structure, consisting of four weight sensors (certified load cells) positioned at the four corners, thus ensuring accurate weight measurement regardless of the position of the mattress platform and the patient.
The weight display allows continuous monitoring of the patient throughout the entire treatment.
The position of the display can be chosen by the user, as it does not create any additional bulk compared to the bed or chair itself.
The 5-digit red display (digit height 2 cm) allows easy reading even from a distance.
Anti-blackout battery ensuring autonomy and full functionality even in the absence of electrical power (10-hour autonomy).

Weight check:
Allows medical staff to monitor the patient’s weight by setting a minimum and maximum threshold. If the patient’s weight goes outside the set range, the weighing system emits a visual and/or audible signal.
Standby:
Allows medical staff to add or remove accessories from the bed (pillows, blankets, etc.) without affecting the patient’s weight.
