GIVAS S.r.l. believes that the pursuit of gender equality is a significant objective for the sustainable growth of the company, and is capable of generating a positive social impact.
For this reason, GIVAS S.r.l. values and protects diversity and equal opportunities by combating all forms of isolation and discrimination. Indeed, a primary commitment of GIVAS S.r.l. is to support an inclusive, participatory work environment that respects all forms of diversity, inspired by the principles of equality, equity, fairness, freedom, dignity, and meritocracy.
To achieve these objectives, GIVAS S.r.l. is committed to:

  • Promoting a corporate culture based on diversity and inclusion;
  • Ensuring that the management of all stages of an employee's lifecycle within the company—recruitment, training, career opportunities, remuneration, and welfare—is based on the principles of equal opportunities, inclusion, and meritocracy;

To implement this policy, the company has decided to adopt a management system compliant with the Guidelines on Gender Equality according to UNI/PdR 125 and has established a Gender Equality Steering Committee.
REPORTING INFORMATION
GIVAS S.r.l. believes that the pursuit of gender equality is a significant objective for the sustainable growth of the company, capable of generating a positive social impact.
To this end, it has adopted a Gender Equality Policy to ensure an inclusive and non-discriminatory work environment and has established a Steering Committee to guarantee that gender equality objectives are met and that the corporate culture is based on respect for each individual's identity. In this context, anyone who notices a violation may report it to the Steering Committee.
Who can submit a reportReports can be submitted by:
  • Partners and employees
  • Collaborators
  • Consultants
  • Suppliers/subcontractors
  • Clients/customers
  • Public or private bodies and institutions
Reports may also be submitted by anyone who considers themselves to have an interest in the activities of GIVAS S.r.l., even if indirect, non-economic, or non-legal.
What can be reportedThe subject of the report must be a violation of the principles and rules of the Gender Equality Management System. The report may concern the following topics:
  • Physical or verbal abuse
  • Digital abuse
  • Workplace bullying (mobbing)
  • Discrimination
  • Use of inappropriate language
  • Behaviors contrary to the principles and rules of the Gender Equality Management System
How to reportThe report can be made, even anonymously, using the specific Gender Equality Reporting Form available at the company's offices or downloadable from the company website.
The report can be submitted:
  • By post to: GIVAS S.r.l. - Arredi per ospedali e comunità - V.le Veneto, 2 - 35020 - Saonara (Padua), indicating "To the attention of the Steering Committee" (all’attenzione del Comitato Guida) on the envelope.
  • By email to: comitatoguida@GIVAS.it
  • At the company offices using the designated drop box.
  • Via the Whistleblowing tool available on the company website.
