The bed base is equipped with a cross frame. The structure is made of varnished steel tubes. The structural components of GIVAS examination beds are painted with protected epoxy powder coating. is an effective antibacterial additive that prevents the growth and spread of harmful bacteria such as MRSA, VRE, E.Coli, Salmonella, Campylobacter, Legionella and over 50 different species of bacteria.

Independent tests have shown that inhibits the growth of bacteria and provides permanent and lasting protection against the risk of cross-contamination.
The seamless, fire-retardant class 1 IM, water-repellent coating and the thermoformed ABS carter on the base promote any operation of cleaning of the aid.

• Pull-out and removable stainless steel basin;
• The base includes 2 ABS crankcase of nice design and easy to clean;
• Lower structure equipped with 4 adjustable, non-slip rubber feet;
• Height adjustment system consisting of 2 crossbars activated through hydraulic pump with bilateral controls.

Details

The lifting system is of the cross type sliding on nylon skids, equipped with safety spacers to avoid scissor points.
The dimensions of the cross are such as to ensure considerable strength and stability in performing any type of therapy.
The lying surface is divided into three sections: the leg rest section can be folded down through a 6-position rack from 0° to 90°, even when the patient is lying on the bed.
The backrest adjustment, from 0° to 65°, happens through a gas spring that is activated by a bilateral lever. The seat sections, which is fixed, and the leg rest section are endowed with a hollow to allow the stainless steel basin to be pulled out and removed.
