The weighing system utilizes a C3 precision class load cell with IP65 protection and a nominal capacity of 300 kg. The chair guarantees excellent repeatability and measurement reliability thanks to correct load distribution, which prevents torsion and stress, significantly extending the device's lifespan.
The ergonomic weight display is made of ABS, ideal for sanitization. It is mounted on a support that allows for front-to-back adjustment relative to the backrest, minimizing bulk. The weighing system features a dedicated rechargeable battery capable of providing 60 hours of operation in the event of a power failure.

The weighing display has been designed to maximize the effectiveness of weighing systems in wards, nephrology, dialysis, and sub-intensive care. The 20-key LCD weight display features an electronic terminal with triple-reading capability. It includes an RS-232 communication interface for data export to a PC via dedicated wMed software or dialysis-specific software (e.g., Sined, etc.). The rechargeable battery can be replaced without affecting the legal-for-trade approval seals.
The chair is equipped with a dual backup battery system, ensuring continuous functionality for both the movement system and the weighing system independently. In the event of a failure in one system, the other remains fully operational.
