The AP1164 chairs represent Givas’s "entry-level" solutions for the blood collection sector. Their compact dimensions and wrap-around surface design, featuring seamless upholstery, provide a level of practicality that is unique within this product category.

The chair features an epoxy powder-coated steel frame and a multi-layered wood seat shell.

The upholstery is made of multi-density foam padding for optimal support, covered in soft Skai (medical-grade faux leather), and finished with a thermoformed ABS rear backshell.

Adjustability & Ergonomics:

Backrest: Equipped with integrated lumbar support, the backrest is reclinable via a gas-lever system and operates independently from the legrest.
Armrests: Padded and upholstered, the armrests are contoured for better containment. They are multi-directional adjustable thanks to a specialized sector-clamp mechanism.
Mobility: The unit is fitted with four Ø 125 mm swiveling castors, with brakes located on the rear wheels.

The independent or synchronized movement of the backrest and legrest, combined with the ability to reach a -6° (Trendelenburg) position, makes these chairs highly functional for both hospital wards and outpatient clinics.
